The name Zhejiang Yinda Machine Electriciy Co., Ltd. was used from 2003 till today, though the company was established in 1988.

1988 - started out as a small factory of ac motor.

1999 - the company still produce ac motors, DC motors & welding machines are joined.

2002 - Started producing DC Motors.

2003 - Compay name changed to Zhejiang Yinda Machine Electricity Co., Ltd.

2003 - Started producing wire stripping machines.

2008 - Wire stripping machines department was separated and founded an independent comapy.

2008 - DC motor department was closed.

2011 - Welding machine department was separated and founded an independent comapy www.ac-welding.com.
